Facilities To Be Provided
(1) The parties to a contract shall
provide to each other such facilities as may be needed to perform
the contract from their respective sides.
(2) If the contract cannot be performed due to the failure to
provide such facilities, the party in default of the performance shall
not be held liable responsible.
